This man is a veteran who was fighting for the US army during the war in Afghanistan.

 

He was telling us how much he was still suffering from a sleeping disorder, after his return.

 

It took control over his life. He was very open about his experiences and telling us that now he was taking care of it by starting yoga classes to make him more relaxed.
